Terms of use

The service

ShowMyFunds is a personal-finance tool that organises your own account information and calculates balances, forecasts and alerts on your device. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

ShowMyFunds is not a bank, a payment service, or a licensed financial, tax or investment adviser. Forecasts and suggestions are estimates calculated from your past transactions; they can be wrong. Check important numbers with your bank before you act on them.

Your accounts

You may connect only accounts you are entitled to access. You sign in on your institution's own pages and remain bound by its terms. You are responsible for keeping your device, your backup password and your household password safe — we cannot recover them.

Third-party services

Optional features rely on third parties (your banks and card companies, Google, open-banking providers, Cloudflare). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and a bank may change its website in a way that temporarily breaks a connection.

Subscription

Paid features (such as "Ask", the AI assistant) are offered as a subscription through Google Play. Prices, trials and billing are shown before you buy and handled by Google Play; you can cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. AI answers are explanations of the app's own calculations, not advice, and can contain mistakes.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the service to harm others, misuse the relay server, or use the app to access accounts that are not yours.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its calculations, from interruptions, or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
